Irony: Chris Weitz is coming under just as much fire from the secularists for watering down the content in the original book as he is for promoting the anti-organized religion themes in the book.

Oh, and it doesn’t matter how controversial the subject may be. If you make a crappy movie, it’s still a crappy movie.

I just want to make a note that many from a non-cathloic background do not realize.

Magisterium is not a pullman concept but from the Cathloic church and a very important aspect.
