The Golden Compass Discussion Guide

Category : Faith, Movies

The website that I am a part of called Youth Ministry Exchange has put together a resource for people to be able to discuss “The Golden Compass”. You can find the resource as part of the YMX weekly free download by clicking here.

I wonder if the Christians who always make such a big deal out of movies or tv shows becoming a “point of concern” realize that the more response that is put forth, the more free publicity they’re giving those productions.

I don’t think so, Derek. The will keep emphasizing how bad they are and continue to give them free publicity. The TV and movie execs love it when the Christians protest and boycott, because their paychecks get bigger.

Ironic, isn’t it?
