They have good arch support, but everyone varies on whether or not that is good. I'm looking for a new pair, my NB's are almost worn out. What kind of arch support are in them? Did you have someone fit you based on your running style or did you already know that and buy them. I tend to like lighter shoes myself, but need arch support and something pretty durable (i tend to beat up shoes pretty bad with the way my foot flexes). My favorite pair so far has been a pair of Brooks and they give a 30 day guarantee (meaning if they don't work out you can bring them back for a different pair-even if you beat them up badly) Good job on the Firecracker.
