Simon Says > Jesus Says I saw this video from Francis Chan about making disciples and it really hits home when he compares how most of us have all played "Simon Says" as a kid, but yet we think that when Jesus says all we need...

Category : Fun, Politics

Some of you may have seen the response that Paris Hilton has to Senator John McCain’s attack ad against Senator Barack Obama titled Celeb. However, just in case you haven’t, here it is for your entertainment. It is pretty funny. At least Paris can poke fun at herself.

No, Paris, you’re not hot. But hey, you have an energy plan that might actually work. Not that it’s actually “your plan,” of course.

So mocking Scripture is offensive and too far, but swearing is just part of being pretty funny?

Though, this made me chuckle, I do agree her energy plan might work. Hopefully everyone on both sides can see it for what it is, a JOKE.

I’m suick of Politics and all that’s going on with it, but really? To make a mockery of it and not call THAT offensive? Please.

I THINK (note this is Katie’s opinion)….the people who are offended by the McCain ad have their heads so far up Barak’s cloud of “change” they can’t see straight,. The media hails him as some god that will turn this world around. I don’t see that happening with him or Mc Cain. In all honesty no matter WHO the next president is, he’s merely going to be a guy who’s the inbetween to the next president who actually does turn things around. he’s a filler IMO.

When I see significant change if Barack is president, I’ll come back and gladly eat my words.

Until then…he JUST A CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT. He’s making promises that he won’t keep. Much like Mc Cain is. It’s what they to. They say what you want to hear just so you’ll vote for them. Remember all those student council speeches “I’ll make sure we don’t ever have to do homework again.” Heck yeah i voted for that kid for Student Council president…but I always had homework didn’t I?

Haha…I didn’t even know you moved your blog over here. I was wondering why you weren’t showing up in my feed. :)

LOL, Amy, it has been on here for about a year. I posted a notice on my old blog about it, silly girl. :)
